Herbed Chicken
Ingredients
3 small skinless chicken breasts, halved
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. water
2 tsp. dried rosemary
Cooking Instructions
Place chicken in nonstick baking dish. Season with salt, rosemary, and pepper. Crumble bouillon cubes between pieces of chicken. Add water, pouring into a corner of pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour. Uncover and baste with drippings. Brown under broiler before serving.
