Ingredients

1 C. white cake mix (no pudding)
1/2 C. whole wheat bread flour
1 C. white bread flour
1 C. regular unbleached flour
2 tsp. yeast
2 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. gluten flour
1 Tbsp. dough conditioner (optional)
3/4 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 C. water or milk
6 Tbsp. nine grain mix (optional but recommended)

Cooking Instructions

Add all ingredients into the pan in the order listed above. Select white bread and push “Start.”
