Ingredients

2/3 C. evaporated milk
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 C. crushed crackers
1 egg
1/2 C. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 1/3 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. accent
1/3 tsp. pepper
2 C. grated cheese

Cooking Instructions

Mix, spread on buns and bake open face for 1/2 hour at 350º.
