Hamburger Soup With Macaroni
Ingredients
1 pound Ground beef
1 can Tomato sauce, 8 oz.
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1/4 tsp. Oregano
1 C. Celery, sliced
1/4 tsp. Basil
1 C. Carrots, sliced
1/4 tsp. Season salt
1 C. Macaroni, cooked and drained
1 package Onion soup mix
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese
3 C. Boiling water
Cooking Instructions
Crumble beef in crock pot. Add pepper, oregano, basil, seasoned salt, and dry soup mix. Stir in water, tomato sauce and soy sauce, then add celery, carrots. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Turn control to high. Add cooked macaroni and parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on high 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
