Ham With Mustard Glaze
Ingredients
3 pounds cooked ham to 5 pounds drained
10 whole cloves to 12
1/2 C. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Cooking Instructions
Score ham in a diamond pattern, stud with cloves. Place in crock pot. Combine brown sugar, mustard and lemon juice, spoon over ham. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour and then turn to low and continue cooking for 8 to 10 hours. Remove ham to a serving platter, keep warm. Turn crock pot to high. Combine orange juice and cornstarch to form smooth paste. Stir into drippings in crock pot. Cook stirring occasionally for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until sauce is thickened. Spoon over ham.
