Ham Casserole
Ingredients
3/4 C. uncooked narrow egg noodles
1 1/2 C. diced cooked ham
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. tarragon
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 (10 ounce.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 C. canned french-style green beans
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Cooking Instructions
Put water and salt in 3-quart glass casserole. Cover; cook in microwave 8 to 9 minutes on High. Add noodles and stir well. Cover and cook 6 to 10 minutes on Simmer or until tender. Drain and rinse in warm water. Combine ham, onion, tarragon and oleo in 1 1/2- quart glass casserole. Cover and cook 3 minutes on High. Add soup, noodles, beans and 1/2 C. water. Stir, cover and cook 5 minutes on High. Stir once during cooking time. Top with bread crumbs; cover. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
