Ham Breakfast Pie
Ingredients
1 (24 oz.) pkg. hashed brown potatoes
1 onion, minced
1 1/2 C. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 C. ham, chopped
1 1/2 C. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 eggs
1 C. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions
Layer potatoes, onion, cheese and ham in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Beat eggs in bowl. Add milk and salt, mix well. Pour over layers. Chill covered with plastic wrap for three hours to overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into squares to serve. Yield: 10 servings.
