Ham And Potatoes With Peppergrass
Ingredients
14 boiled new potatoes
2 C. cubed, cooked ham
6 slices bacon
1/2 C. sliced green onion
3/4 tsp. finely chopped peppergrass
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 C. water
1 C. mayonnaise
1/3 C. chopped sweet pickle
Cooking Instructions
Cook bacon until crisp. Remove and crumble. Add onion and green pepper to bacon fat and Saute until soft. Blend in mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard and peppergrass. Add water and vinegar. Cook and stir until bubbly. Fold in chopped pickle and pour over potatoes and ham. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
