Ingredients

1 pie crust (deep dish)
1 1/2 C. ham, chopped
1 C. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 C. chopped onions(scallions)
3 eggs
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. milk

Cooking Instructions

Mix ham, grated cheese and onions. Put in bottom of pie crust. Beat eggs, mayonnaise and milk and pour over cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
