Halibut Glazed With Ginger Lime And Soy
Ingredients
4 (1 inch thick) fish steaks
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsp. grated, peeled, fresh ginger
1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 pinch dried red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. sugar
Cooking Instructions
Arrange halibut steaks in shallow non-aluminum baking dish. Whisk remaining ingredients together and pour overfish. Turn to coat steaks. Cover and let marinate 30 minutes at room temperature or 1 hour in refrigerator, turning fish once or twice and spooning over marinade. Prepare medium-high barbecue; arrange rack 4 inches over coals. Spoon some marinade over fish. Cook about 3 minutes each side, basting twice on each side with marinade.
