Ingredients

2 C. bread flour unbleached
1/2 C. whole-wheat flour
1 C. oatmeal, instant
1/2 C. cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. buttermilk, dried
1/2 C. flat guinness stout room temperature
3 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 egg whites
1/2 C. water + 1 Tbsp.
2 1/2 tsp. yeast

Cooking Instructions

Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturers instructions for best results. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles.
