Grilled Shrimp 2
Ingredients
2 lb. shrimp
1 C. vegetable oil
1 C. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. French dressing
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 C. chopped scallions
Cooking Instructions
Peel and wash shrimp. Make a marinade in a large bowl by blending the vegetable oil, lemon juice, salad dressing, celery salt, salt, pepper, brown sugar, soy sauce, and chopped scallions. Add shrimp to marinade and let stand for at least 2 hours. Drain shrimp and place in wire basket. Cook over coals for 10 minutes, turning basket often to cook shrimp evenly and thoroughly. Heat marinade and use as a dip for shrimp. Serves 4.
