Grilled Salmon 2
Ingredients
1/2 C. margarine
1/4 C. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
2 lb. fresh salmon steaks, 1″ thick
Cooking Instructions
Melt margarine and next 4 ingredients to make an herb butter baste. Place fish on well greased grill 4″ to 6″ from gray ashed coals for 6 to 8 minutes. Baste with herb butter sauce. Carefully turn baste and cook 6 to 8 more minutes. Remove, place on platter. Drizzle with remaining sauce.
