Grilled Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
6 boneless chicken breasts, halved and skinned
1 pack taco seasoning mix (1-1/4-oz.)
3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
12 taco shells
Cooking Instructions
Rinse chicken; pat dry. Arrange in shallow dish. Combine taco seasoning, lime juice and oil; pour over chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours. Grill chicken breasts over medium coals for 15-18 minutes or until tender, turning once or broil 4-5 inches from heat for 12-15 minutes, turning once. Heat taco shells according to package directions. Slice chicken into strips. Spoon chicken into taco shells; serve with toppers.
