Green Salad
Ingredients
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 head Boston lettuce
1/2 head chicory
1/2 lb. spinach
1/2 head romaine lettuce
5 Tbsp. low calorie Italian dressing
1 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
Cooking Instructions
Rinse and crisp salad greens. Break iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Carefully pat iceberg dry on towel. Place in large plastic bag. Add 1 Tbls. Italian dressing. Shake lightly until all leaves are covered. Place in strip on medium platter or plate. Repeat with each green. Sprinkle lightly with parmesan cheese.
