Green Bean And Potato Casserole
Ingredients
4 medium red potatoes to 6 peeled or not, sliced 1/4 inch thick,
4 C. whole fresh green beans to 5 C. trimmed
6 slices bacon diced, fried, and drained
2 Tbsp. minced dried onion
1 can 98% fat free cream of celery soup
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Place sliced potatoes and green beans in crock pot, add other ingredients. Cover and cook on low
7 to 9 hours.
Spaghetti Squash:
2 C. water
1 spaghetti squash, a size which will fit in the crock pot
Cooking Instructions
With a skewer or large fork, puncture several holes in the squash. Pour water in the crock pot and add the whole squash. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours. Split and remove seeds, then transfer the spaghetti strands to a bowl. Serve tossed with butter and salt and pepper, Parmesan cheese or your favorite sauce.
