1 tsp. yeast
Medium:
1/2 C. milk
2 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/4 egg
1/3 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon peel grated

2 C. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
