Greek Isle Bread
Ingredients
1/2 C. water
2 C. white bread flour
3 Tbsp. plain yogurt
2 tsp. dry milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. butter
pinch garlic powder
4 tsp. chopped black olives
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. dill weed
2 1/2 Tbsp. feta cheese
2 1/2 Tbsp. pureed cucumber
1 tsp. yeast (active dry)
Cooking Instructions
Cucumber should be peeled, sliced, seeded, and then pureed. If the feta cheese is packed in water, drain well. Finely chop black olives. Place all the ingredients in the pan of the machine and follow manufacturer’s directions.
