Greek Breads
Ingredients
1/2 C. butter, softened
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion tops
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can sliced black olives
1 (16 oz.) French bread
1 C. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Cooking Instructions
Slice French bread lengthwise. Mix butter, mayonnaise, mushrooms, onion tops, and black olives together. Spread bottom side of bread with butter mixture. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Save some cheese for top. Wrap in foil. Bake in oven until cheese melts. You can grill bread for 20-25 minutes over medium coals. Slice and serve.
