Granola Crunch
Ingredients
3/4 C. butter
1/3 C. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. honey
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 C. rolled oats or other unsweetened cereal
1 C. chopped nuts or hulled sunflower seeds
1 C. raisins
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large saucepan, low heat, melt butter, sugar and honey stirring constantly then cool for 5 minutes. Stir in egg and vanilla extract. Add oats or cereal, nuts and raisins. Stir until well mixed. Spread in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake 25 minutes until lightly brown. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Cut into bars while still warm.
