Golden Pheasant Nuggets
Ingredients
2 whole pheasant breasts, cut in 1 inch square pieces
2 eggs, beaten
1 C. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. sesame seeds
1 C. flour
Cooking Instructions
Mix together all ingredients, but the pheasant breasts. Dip in batter. Deep fat fry the pheasant at 375 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes.
