Golden Glow Pork Chops
Ingredients
5 to 6 pork chops
1/4 C. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
8 ounce. can tomato sauce
1/4 C. white vinegar
29 ounce. can peach halves
1/4 C. peach juice
Cooking Instructions
Brown chops. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in covered baking dish. Mix all ingredients with 1/4 C. of peach juice. Pour over chops. Place peach halves on top. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Great when served with noodles or rice!
