Ingredients

1 package yeast
3 C. bread flour
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
6 Tbsp. vegetable oil (try corn)
1 1/2 tsp. salt (use ingredients at room temperature.)
3/4 C. warm water

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients in the pan in the order listed, select white bread and push “Start.” You can add 1/2 C. chopped dried fruit and 1/3 C. chopped almonds and 1/2 tsp. almond extract.
