Gluten Free Maple Bean Tarts
Ingredients
24 gluten free, unbaked tart shells
Filling:
1 C. cooked white kidney beans
1/2 C. maple syrup
2 eggs
1/3 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 C. raisins
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except raisins, in a food processor or blender. Divide raisins evenly among tart shells. Pour filling over raisins, filling medium-sized shells 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and filling is set.
