Gluten Free Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
4-6 tablespoons Gluten Free Flour (Pillsbury Best)
2 tablespoons Garlic Power
1 tablespoons Poultry Seasoning
2 tablespoons Parsley
2 tablespoons Granulated Onion
2-6 tablespoons Spice Mix
Cooking Instructions
Place chicken tenders and spice in 1(One) Gallon Plastic Bag, shake until well coated.
Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven, for 15 minutes per side.
Let cool and serve.
