Glazed Ham Steak
Ingredients
Ham Steaks
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoons maple syrup
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Butter
Cooking Instructions
Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat, add Ham Steaks. Cooking 2 – 3 minutes per side.
Combine remaining ingredients and brush over the steaks.
Cook an additional 2 – 3 minutes per side or until heated through and glaze is sticky
Serve warm.
