Glazed Cinnamon Loaf
Ingredients
1 package (5/16-ounce) yeast
1 1/2 C. unbleached flour
1/2 C. bread flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. dry milk
7/8 C. water
1/2 C. powdered sugar
2 tsp. milk
Cooking Instructions
Put all ingredients in the order given into the bread pan, select White bread, and push Start. After bread is cooled, blend powdered sugar with milk. Drizzle over loaf. Serve hot, as a dessert bread, or for a fancy brunch. The perfect companion for fresh fruit and poached eggs.
