Glazed Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
1/3 C. teriyaki baste and glaze
3/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
6 chicken breast halves, boneless
Cooking Instructions
Combine teriyaki baste and glaze, lemon peel and juice; brush both sides of chicken breasts with mixture. Place, side by side, in shallow baking pan, skin side down. Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes. Turn chicken over; brush with remaining baste and glaze mixture. Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes longer, or until chicken is tender.
