Gingery Carrot Bread
Ingredients
1 1/4 C. water
1 package yeast
3 1/2 C. whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp. cashews
1 1/4 tsp. freshly grated ginger root
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 C. grated carrots
Cooking Instructions
Put in the bread machine in the manufacturers specified order. Let the machine do its magic on white bread cycle.
