German Black Bread
Ingredients
1 package yeast
1 Tbsp. white sugar
2 C. bread flour
1 C. medium rye flour
1 C. whole wheat flour
1/2 C. unprocessed bran flakes
1 Tbsp. caraway seeds
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. instant coffee powder
1/4 tsp. fennel seeds
1 C. water
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. molasses
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 ounce unsweetened chocolate
Cooking Instructions
Cool the mixture to 105-115 degrees and add to dry ingredients. Put ingredients into pan in order listed. Bake at regular setting
