Fruity Kohl Slaw
Ingredients
6 medium kohlrabi bulbs, peeled and grated
1 C.(s) cabbage, shredded
1 small red onion, diced
1 each red delicious apple, cored and diced
1/2 C.(s) currants
1/2 C.(s) seedless grapes
2 tsp. olive oil
1/4 C.(s) apple cider
Cooking Instructions
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Lightly drizzle the oil and cider over the top. Gently toss and refrigerate for several hrs to let the flavors mellow. Toss and serve.
