Fried Turkey Breast
Ingredients
1 breast of young turkey
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
1 C. flour
Cooking Instructions
Slice turkey cross-grain in 1/4-inch thick slices. Season with salt and pepper. Roll in flour. Deep fry in hot fat until lightly browned.
