Fried Shredded Carrots
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. oil
2 each garlic cloves
4 each carrots, shredded
2 Tbsp. tamari
4 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
Cooking Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute. Stir in carrots and remaining ingredients. Stir fry for a few minutes, until carrots are just tender. Serve.
