Fried Fish 3
Ingredients
Soak fish fillets in buttermilk 30 minutes with 2 tablespoons of lemon pepper. 1 C. flour
2 C. corn meal
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. baking powder
Cooking Instructions
Dip fillets in flour mixture and fry in deep fat until golden brown.
