Fresh Herb Dip
Ingredients
1/2 C. plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 C. low fat cottage cheese, 1 percent
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 C. finely chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill, or freshly ground pepper, to taste
Cooking Instructions
In a food processor or blender, combine yogurt and cottage cheese until smooth. Stir in garlic, horseradish, parsley, and dill. Add a generous grinding of pepper. Chill before serving.
