Ingredients

1/2 C.(s) oil
1/4 C.(s) lemon juice
2 Tbsp. sweetener
3 Tbsp. tomato paste
3 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Cooking Instructions

Blend all ingredients except oil and lemon juice till smooth. Keeping the blender running, slowly pour in the oil. Stir in the lemon juice. Chill.
