French Toast Breakfast
Ingredients
8 (1″ thick) slices Vienna or bakery white bread
1/2 C. melted butter
1 1/2 C. fresh orange juice
1 Tbsp. honey
6 eggs
Cooking Instructions
Evening before. Pour butter into bottom of 15″x10″ jelly roll pan and cover evenly. Refrigerate until chilled. Whisk orange juice, honey and eggs until well blended. Dip bread into mixture and lay in bottom of jelly roll pan. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. In morning. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Turn toast over and bake until tops are golden brown. Approximately 8 minutes.
