French Fried Bacon Potato Puffs
Ingredients
2 C. mashed potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
4 bacon, fried crisp and broken in small pieces
1 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. onion salt
Cooking Instructions
Mix all together well then drop by teaspoonful into a 375° deep fat fryer for 3 to 5 minutes. Makes 16-18 puffs.
