French Bread
Ingredients
1 1/2 pound loaf:
1 1/4 C. water
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 1/2 C. white flour
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
Cooking Instructions
Measure ingredients into baking pan. Insert baking pan securely into unit, close lid. Select appropriate bread setting. Push start.
