Freezer Slaw
Ingredients
1 head cabbage
1 green bell pepper
1 small onion
2 C.(s) sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 C.(s) vinegar
Cooking Instructions
Grate vegetables. Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Pour over vegetables. Mix, pack and freeze. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remains crisp and is delicious.
