Four Great Cottage Cheese Sandwiches
Ingredients
First Sandwich:
1/2 C. cottage cheese, low fat
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
Second Sandwich:
1 hard boiled egg
1/4 C. alfalfa sprouts (optional)
1 dill pickle, chopped
Third Sandwich:
1/8 C. cottage cheese, low fat
2 tsp. chives
2 Tbsp. cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 C. diced celery, finely
Fourth Sandwich:
1/4 C. cottage cheese, low fat
2 Tbsp. raisins
2 Tbsp. cashews, chopped
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Cooking Instructions
Serve on favorite bread, between slices or open faced, on a bed of lettuce, or with crackers or muffins on the side.
