Four Bean Salad
Ingredients
1 can 16 ounce(s) cut green beans
1 can 16 ounce(s) dark red kidney beans
1 can 16 ounce(s) yellow wax beans
1 can 16 ounce(s) chick peas
1 C.(s) celery, diced
1/2 C.(s) onion, minced
1/2 C.(s) green pepper, minced
1/2 C.(s) cider vinegar
1/2 C.(s) salad oil
1/2 C.(s) sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cooking Instructions
Drain all beans, place in mixing bowl. Add green bell pepper, celery and onion. Mix oil and vinegar with sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over bean mixture. Mix together. Transfer to large non metallic container. Cover and refrigerate overnight or longer for flavors to blend. Occasionally stir the mixture.
