Four Bean Casserole
Ingredients
1/2 pound bacon cut into 1 inch pieces
1 pound ground beef
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/3 C. brown sugar firmly packed
1/2 C. ketchup
1/4 C. molasses
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can pork and beans in tomato sauce-16 oz. un-drained
1 can light red kidney beans-15 oz. un-drained
1 can butter beans-15 1/2 oz. drained
1 can lima beans-15 oz. drained
Cooking Instructions
Cook bacon in large skillet until lightly browned. Remove from skillet, drain on paper towels. In same skillet, brown ground beef and onion until beef is thoroughly cooked. Drain. In 3 1/2 to 4 quart crock pot, combine cooked bacon, cooked ground beef and onion, and all remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover, cook on low setting for 7 to 8 hours.
