Flank Steak Teriyaki 1
Ingredients
1/2 C. vegetable oil
1/4 C. soy sauce
1/4 C. honey
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 scallions, chopped fine
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger OR
Fresh ginger, grated
1 1/2 lb. flank steak
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients and pour over steak. Marinate 4 hours or more, turning occasionally. Barbecue steak over hot coals, turning once, about 5 minutes a side. Baste with marinade. Serves 4.
