Fitness Shake
Ingredients
2 C. skim milk
2 medium-sized ripe bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 C. plain nonfat yogurt, or banana nonfat yogurt
1/2 C. nonfat dry skim milk powder
1/3 C. wheat germ
1 tsp. vanilla
2-1/2 tsp. Equal measure, or 8 packets Equal sweetener, or 1/3 C. Equal Spoonful
ground cinnamon (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Blend all ingredients, except cinnamon, in blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
