Fish Stew1
Ingredients
1 lb. fish fillet
2 tsp. salt
1/4 C. olive oil
3 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 lg. can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. cumin
3 C. water
4 potatoes, cubed
Tabasco to taste
Cooking Instructions
Place all ingredients in pot. Bring to boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 1 hour (or until potatoes are done).
