Fish Soup 3
Ingredients
Frozen hash brown patties
Dried onion flakes
Fish filet (I use Northern)
1 can evaporated milk
Salt & pepper
Cooking Instructions
Boil hash browns and onions in small amount of water. When done, add fish and milk. Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes until fish is done. Fish will break apart so don’t cut filets too small. Salt and pepper to taste.
