Fish Fry Mix
Ingredients
1/2 C. pancake flour
1/2 C. plain flour
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 C. water
Cooking Instructions
Stir ingredients together. Beat with spoon. Drain fish and salt to taste before adding fish to batter. Heat oil to 400 degrees. Fry until brown – about 10 minutes. When fish are done, all the oil comes back but 1 tablespoon.
