Fish Fillets With Lemon Butter Sauce
Ingredients
2 lb. frozen fish fillets, thawed
LEMON BUTTER SAUCE:
1/3 C. butter or margarine
1/3 C. slivered almonds
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. lemon juice
Cooking Instructions
Arrange fish fillets in 7×12 inch glass baking dish with thick edges toward outside of dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave 8-12 minutes on high. Drain liquid and let stand, covered for 5 minutes to complete cooking. During standing time, microwave sauce as follows: SAUCE: Place all ingredients in 2 cup glass measure. Microwave about 2 minutes on high, or until butter is melted. Stir and continue cooking 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on high or until lightly browned. Serve over fillets. 4 to 6 servings.
