Fish Chowder 2
Ingredients
1 1/2 C. cabbage, coarsely shredded
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 C. hot water
1 C. carrots, sliced
4 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 lb. frozen fish fillets, thawed,
cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen, cut okra
1 C. hot water
3/4 C. uncooked instant rice
Cooking Instructions
Add first 7 ingredients in large pot. Cook until vegetables are slightly tender. Add fish and simmer.
